CURFEW
A multi-disciplinary performance piece, blending verbatim voice recording, dance, theatre, drag and film projection, to explore the reality of sexual assault and harassment. Curfew aims to reframe the conversation and focus on all the weird and wonderful things we could be doing if public spaces were safe for everyone. Curfew has been performed in shopping centre carparks and seaside piers, among other public spaces.
Curfew was shortlisted for the Pleasance Theatre Reserve 2022.
Programmed at:
- Spin Out Festival – Worthing Theatres and Museum (June 2022)
- Calm Down Dear Festival – Camden People’s Theatre (May 2022)
- R&D: The Rising (begins) Festival – Severn Arts (November 2021)

Thank you so much for this incredible video. I literally cried the whole way through, Im still crying now. I am blown away by the power of that message. I feel so sad when I realise just how trapped I feel in my body, particularly at night. The idea of sleeping in a park and feeling safe. God that is so bitter sweet.
